Description
When we started the school in January 2013, we had a staff compliment of 11 Educators and 3 support staff.
AZ Berman HS grew from strength to strength not without its challenges though... People have the perception, "TAFESIG!" ... but, we knew where we were heading and knew that we were going to develop it into a school of choice. We had to change the generalised perception of the people.
Our staff selected were brought on board for the expertise they could bring to the table, and without hesitation EXECUTE them. This we achieved without any doubt.
