The Biltong & nut hut family currently consists of 3 shops. The biltong sold at this shop is made by the owner himself on his farm just outside of Pretoria. The owner has more than 20 years experience in the industry.
The first Biltong and nut hut shop opened in 1999 and already exists for 20 successful years in the market. This shop is located in the east of Pretoria on the corner of Garsfontein road and Rubenstein road in the centrum Moreleta Square. This shop was only the start for this family business and due to the success of this shop they decided to expand and bring this experience to more people in Gauteng.
In 2006 the owner decided to open a new shop in the East Rand Mall near the O.R Tambo Airport. The name Biltong & nut hut is used again for this shop.
In November 2013 the newest member of the family was opened. This shop is in Sunwood Park lifestyle centre on the corner of Trichardt and Kingfisher street.
