Constantia Uitsig is a historic wine estate set in the Constantia Valley - the longest-standing wine region in the entire Southern Hemisphere. Along with a temporary wine shop (while our world-class winery is under construction), Uitsig is also home to Open Door Restaurant and The Bike Park.
