Our model stems from our original name GrowCom -" Growing communities " Grow to Invest,Invest to Grow". Creating a Savings culture and the more our members save they will be incentivised as follows.
- 40% of income after profits goes to GROWCOM FOUNDERS
- 35% to our members INTO THEIR CO-OP MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT
- 25% of the Profits will be donated the a beneficiary organisation of choice
