Hooked was developed and conceptualized by partners Michael Kirkcaldy,Eric Pike and Peter Schafer, with the idea to offer the local market with a family-style seafood restaurant. With a passion for serving delicious dishes that keep you coming back for more, as well as exceptional value for money.
With 50 years worth of hospitality experience under their belts and over 100 restaurants, They have a thorough understanding of what it takes to make a success out of a restaurant.

Hooked has procured one of the top chef’s to curate their menu, Michelin chef Rikku O’Donnchu, who has hand picked the finest ingredients to arouse your taste buds.
From our triple cooked chips to provide that perfect, crunchy outside,and soft inside combination; to the fish batter, that is meticulously prepared, steaming the fish instead of cooking it in oil. Only the outside will be in contact with the oil to help create that sun kissed look.
