As a professional make-up artist based in Cape Town I provide a luxury service to all my clients. I have a positive and dedicated approach to every job, priding myself in my great work ethic and perfectionism.
I have been working in the industry for over ten years. My training started at MAC cosmetics where I had the privilege to work with the senior artist for MAC South Africa. I have been honoured to work on various platforms for them, such as Cape Town, Johannesburg and Africa Fashion week.
Freelancing in the stills and film industry has given me the opportunity to work with the best in the advertising, editorial, music video and TV/Film industry; I have worked alongside numerous talented make-up artists in my career as a professional. For the past few years I have been the senior trainer at Kohl Make-up Academy, one of Cape Town’s most renowned make-up schools.
I take great pride in one-on-one interaction, which gives me the ability to share my knowledge, skill and passion about make-up with my clients. With this powerful tool I hope to educate as many women as possible along the way. Every woman deserves to feel confident and beautiful.
I love being involved in the entire process of a wedding, offering a unique and individual service from the time of the engagement shoot, right through to the wedding day. What separates my services from the rest, is my dedication to making my bride’s experience truly memorable and one to treasure for a lifetime.
After working in the wedding industry for many years, my partner and I noticed there was an opportunity to start a service that assists women in finding the right hair and make-up artist for their special day, this is how the D & M Agency was born.
