I use an approach that is centered on humanistic values and the therapeutic potency of relationships. Our relational capacity in therapy constitutes the foundation for our work together and determines which therapeutic goals are realistic and which are not. No two people are the same and so goes for their goals and readiness to change at any given time.
The final purpose of therapeutic work is to help you reach relational maturity in a safe and accepting environment so that you can deal with your life’s problems in a healthy way.
