This road to making beautiful cakes for special couples on their big days has not been easy, not at all... Since 2014 I have been learning hard lessons and new techniques pretty much every day. My motto in the kitchen is: Be Early. No Whining. Work Hard (and smart). I really do strive for making edible art, but not only that, I strive for excellence. I want every cake that goes out to be the best it can be - a real centre piece at your big day that your guests can marvel at and enjoy eating - a piece of Edible Art, something that will create amazing memories for you and your guests.
Since April 2018 I have been so lucky to move my business to Oakfield farm, and it has been the most amazing experience. Here the search for excellence continues on a daily basis.
